We are looking for a FULL TIME Administrative Assistant / Medical Assistant to join our very special team! Our company offers an array of services to promote good health, which include disease prevention, disease diagnosis, and other state-of-the-art treatments.
This position calls for a special and gifted type of individual. Medical Assistant position calls for a highly organized, clinically skilled to be a direct assistant for our physician(s). Blood draws & injections. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, energetic, willing to work hard, willing to travel between offices as well as to facilities on occasion, has a good sense of humor, is flexible, compassionate, and is able to deal with the dichotomy of terminally ill patients in an otherwise warm and cheerful environment. Phone etiquette, knowledge of anatomy and diseases, knowledge with practice management software, EMR, prescription refill, authorization, front office. Qualified applicants will be licensed to work in California, have a valid driver’s license, be proficient in venipuncture, MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHLEBOTOMY CERTIFICATE / LICENSE, taking vitals & be familiar with health and safety procedures. Candidate must me highly organized - complete paperwork & submit to business office. Endocrinology, internal medicine oncology , rheumatology & multi-specialty experience is strongly preferred, and a second language is a plus.
