Position
As Advancement Database Manager you will have the extraordinary opportunity to work with approximately 530 exceptional, gifted young men, talented faculty, and committed staff. Located in New York City, Regis High School is a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory school and the only Jesuit, full-scholarship high school in the country. The school was founded in 1914 through the extraordinary generosity of an anonymous woman and her family. Regis now relies on philanthropy of alumni, parents, and friends as it most significant source of financial support. Regis is committed to both academic excellence and fostering a spirit of generosity and service to those in need. Position Summary
Regis High School seeks a passionate, mission-driven, and talented individual to play an important role on its Advancement team. The Advancement Database Manager will report to the Associate Director for Annual Giving and will also work closely with the Vice President of Advancement, Advancement staff, and the Finance team. This individual plays a critical role in organizing the data and reporting of the Advancement Office, maintaining clean and living records of the alumni, families, and friends of the school.

Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in business, communications, liberal arts, non-profit management, or other related field is preferred. Evidence of continuing professional education through conferences, seminars, or professional associations is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of Raiser’s Edge/NXT database experience.
Status
This is a full-time, on campus role, that requires evening and weekend availability.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $75,000-85,000k +, commensurate with years of experience and level of success in the institutional advancement area, eligible for most benefits immediately. Participation in the 403 (b) begins after one year of employment.
