Job Title: Airport Superintendent
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Airport Superintendent for commercial construction projects, primarily on the night shift, overseeing work of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, capable of managing on-site operations efficiently and ensuring successful project delivery. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and obtain an airport badge.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in construction and supervising on-site teams
Proficient in OSHA regulations and safety standards
Skilled in project scheduling and budgeting
Familiar with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Experience in quality control and construction estimating
