Pay Rate or Salary Range: $17.64/hr.

Estimated End Date: December 2025 ((with possible 6-month extension depending on business needs)

Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, hours TBD (Standard 40-hour workweek)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Assembler I to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. This is an entry-level position offering training and support in a clean, compliance-oriented environment. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow detailed work instructions and device instructions (DIs).
• Set up workstations and collect required materials from bins.
• Assemble product components per specifications and verify own work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area.
• Document work accurately through written logs or data entry systems.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or light industrial work.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Close-range vision, depth perception, and color recognition.
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows-based systems).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (read/write/speak).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).

Preferred Qualifications:

• IPC soldering certification (preferred).
• Experience with soldering and small component handling is a plus.
