Location: Irving, TexasJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $135,000 - 155,000 per yearWe're hiring a Campaign Execution Manager to lead a technical team that executes email and direct marketing campaigns. This role involves:Managing a team focused on executing campaigns using our Prospect Database and developing technical processes with tools like Unica, SQL, and Python.Leading a team of execution analysts.Collaborating with leadership and strategy/analytics teams.Building strong relationships with Prospect Database vendors.Developing practical and effective campaign execution solutions.Strong Python Coding Skills Required.Responsibilities:Collaborate with partners to understand segmentation and targeting needs and create actionable plans using complex inclusion/exclusion rules for marketing outreach to customers and prospects.Lead and manage a team of 2-3 analysts responsible for executing email marketing and/or market research campaigns.Build and maintain email, direct mail, and calling campaigns using campaign selection tools (SQL, Unica).Leverage strong project management skills to manage and execute marketing campaigns, with a focus on using data and analytics to improve campaign decisions.Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and automation in campaigns, the Prospect Database, and data transfer processes.Maintain clear documentation for campaign criteria, selections, and audits.Coordinate with internal teams, content providers, and external vendors to ensure efficient campaign execution.Analyze and review campaign setups and documentation created by colleagues.
