What You’ll Do:

• Provide companionship, rapport and meaningful connections
• Assist with daily activities, companionship, and personal care
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, transportation and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders and transportation support
• Health Monitoring: Reporting condition changes to your 24/7 support team

What We Look For in a Caregiver:

• 1 year of previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Registered on California's Home Care Aide Registry
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current and current auto insurance
• A true passion for helping others
• A commitment to excellence in care and customer service
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull, and lift up to 24 pounds
