Nauset Disposal, part of Waste Connections, is actively seeking a CDL Truck Operator to become part of our dedicated team in South Yarmouth, MA . If you're looking for a secure job environment that values family-oriented culture and teamwork, we encourage you to apply!

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday starting at 6:00 AM, averaging 50 to 55 hours weekly. Saturdays may be required as needed.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour

We prioritize hiring safe drivers committed to high-quality customer service. As our CDL Truck Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely driving a garbage truck along designated routes to collect solid waste.
• Reading and following route sheets, ensuring all customers identified are serviced as directed by the dispatcher.
• Conducting thorough pre- and post-route inspections, including checks of fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
• Engaging professionally and courteously with customers when required.
• Completing other job-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• A minimum of 1 year of local route driving experience
