About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Benefits Operations to play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational alignment. This leadership position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the execution of high-priority projects, align teams around shared goals, and ensure business continuity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of key business strategies, managing OKRs, streamlining workflows, and driving change management initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with the department head to drive strategic initiatives, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership, owning OKRs, and leading change management initiatives. The role also involves developing and maintaining workflows, metrics, and dashboards, overseeing the centralized intake of product requests, and using data-driven insights to improve customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a business builder mindset, be adept at program management, and have a deep empathy for small business customers. A background in analytical and operating roles at high-growth startups, particularly in CX strategy, is essential, along with experience in a large tech company and exposure to organizations with a significant workforce. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to mentor and advise executives on people topics, manage teams as needed, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
