Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Associate or Independently Licensed Counselor to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Tucson, AZ location.

Primary responsibilities for Licensed Counselor include completing initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel, providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluating physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health, maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPPA requirements, assessing for risk of harm to self and others and providing evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values. Independently Licensed, you will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff.  Additional responsibilities as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Independently Licensed clinician (required)
• Evening and weekend availability (required)
• Specializing in Children's & Adolescents Therapy
• Specializing in Play Therapy techniques
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Active License in the state of Arizona ( required )
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications ( required )
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card ( required )
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models

Compensation details: 72000-92000 Yearly Salary
