You’ll play a key role in maintaining accuracy, ensuring compliance, and aligning operations with strategic objectives, all while working with dynamic cross-functional teams and vendors.

What You'll Do

Your essential responsibilities will include:

• Financial Recordkeeping : Overseeing and maintaining impeccable financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, inventory tracking, and cost allocations.
• Financial Reporting : Preparing precise financial statements covering balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis with compliance to accounting standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Developing, implementing, and refining financial plans and forecasts to support long-term goals, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
• Auditing and Compliance : Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to tax laws and financial regulations, while strengthening internal controls for risk management.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration : Leading accounting teams and collaborating across departments, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring IT alignment with operational needs.
• Inventory Management : Partnering with supply chain teams to oversee inventory levels, costs, and valuations while ensuring accurate reconciliations.
• System and Process Improvement : Identifying and driving enhancements in financial procedures, systems, and tools to support decision-making.
• Additional Areas of Expertise : Engaging in financial planning, cost accounting, profitability analyses, and detailed analysis to support key strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team management and collaboration.
• Proficiency with financial tools and software, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear decision-making and impactful interactions.
