Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a rewarding remote opportunity? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll provide top-notch support to clients and agents by handling inquiries, processing payments, and managing service requests—all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Build relationships with clients and agents by addressing their needs with professionalism and care.

Process various billing requests, such as payment type changes, refund requests, and premium payment histories.

Handle manual premium payments and service requests via check or phone.

Process loan requests and respond to website inquiries.

Complete insurance verifications and policy summary requests.

Conduct follow-up calls to request missing items and ensure policies are up to date.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of customer service experience.

Experience in an insurance industry or call center environment preferred.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high workload efficiently.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime.

Education & Qualifications:

Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.

1 year of accounting experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $18.57 - $20.07 per hour, based on location, experience, education, and skills.
