The Position
As part of the Digital Marketing Consultant (DMC) team, you’ll join a client-facing team working to modernize the marketing & sales operations of our partner’s companies, and develop best in class digital marketing and branding strategies. We pride ourselves in being a “Growth Partner,” for our partners and the DMC is the most integral part of that relationship.
You will be working directly with partners and be the bridge between them and our fulfillment team. Giving valuable business insights to partners related to the marketing systems we have for them. This includes marketing strategy, sales strategy, branding, email & SMS marketing, and general business advice when necessary.
You will oversee the team responsible for implementing the strategies that we have for partners, and creating new innovative marketing strategies. You can expect to work with our Meta and Google Media Buyer Team and the Website Development Team to closely monitor partner performance and implement strategies.
The role of the Digital Marketing Consultant is to unify the marketing fulfillment departments, ensuring a premier service and results are received for our partners.
Who:
The ideal fit for this role is someone that is motivated by the success of others, is inspired by leading and directing marketing teams, and can actively manage multiple marketing strategies at any given time.
This person has experience in the local marketing industry, including paid advertising, organic content, and web development.
Construction industry knowledge is an absolute plus.

As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (3.5+ years old), which may scare some. But to the right person, they see the long term potential of being an All Star player with a company that is here to stay! Location:
This position is 100% remote.
Pay:
$70,000 per year salary based on demonstrated experience (amount will vary if you are outside of the USA)
OTE: $90,000
Bonus: bonuses are based off of active managed clients and KPIs associated with their success
Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs
Qualifications:
Align with our Core Values
Prior experience in management consulting or media agencies is a plus
End-to-end campaign management
Breadth of knowledge across all areas of marketing technology with depth and hands‑on experience in at least one area (preferably paid media)
Experienced in managing teams
Can prioritize initiatives based on impact/effort in the context of the client’s strategy
A passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of non‑technical and low technology partners
Proficiency in Google Suite Products, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Home service contracting industry experience is a plus
