Job Description

Otsy is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who is excited to build impactful campaigns, grow brand reach, and execute with precision across digital channels. You will be hands?on in campaign management, content collaboration, and performance analysis while supporting a high?growth team redefining the travel experience.

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to gain end?to?end experience in digital marketing and brand growth within a fast?paced environment.

Problems You Will Solve

• Campaign Setup and Management : Execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Monitor daily performance and provide recommendations to improve reach and conversion rates.
• Creative Content Execution : Work with the creative and brand team to deliver digital assets that reflect our voice and drive engagement. Contribute to visuals, copy, and layout ideas for ads and landing pages.
• SEO and On-Page Optimization : Assist in improving search visibility through keyword tracking, metadata adjustments, and landing page optimization.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting : Analyze and report on marketing KPIs across platforms. Share key learnings that can be used to refine ongoing and future strategies.
• Campaign Calendar Execution : Support the execution of seasonal and evergreen campaigns. Ensure timelines are followed and all assets are delivered and published as scheduled.
• Community Engagement and Social Support : Assist in managing social media channels. Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and contribute to growing a strong online community.

All About You

• Experience : Two or more years in digital marketing. Familiarity with paid campaigns, content creation, and analytics.
• Technical Tools : Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Canva. Familiarity with email marketing and influencer tools is helpful.
• Creative Thinking : Able to work with designers and content creators. Confident suggesting campaign angles or visuals that align with user behavior.
• Data Fluency : Comfortable pulling reports, spotting trends, and turning metrics into clear insights.
• Collaborative Mindset : You enjoy working with cross?functional teams and adapting in fast-changing environments.
• Education : A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Hourly compensation based on skill level and experience.

Comprehensive benefits package offered to full?time employees after 90 days of employment.
