This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for gourmet food products and exceptional customer service skills. As a representative, you will engage with customers in German, assisting them with inquiries about gourmet salt products and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to gourmet salt products, including product details, availability, and pricing via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide information about the uses, benefits, and recipes involving gourmet salt to enhance customer experiences. Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and processing returns or exchanges. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and support marketing initiatives. Stay informed about gourmet food trends and product innovations to provide relevant information to customers. Qualifications Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek or English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferred in the food or gourmet products sector. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for culinary experiences. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Aptitude for multitasking and managing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
