As a representative, you will engage with customers in German, assisting them with inquiries about products, services, and technical support, ensuring they have a premium experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding premium home appliances, including product features, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and live chat in German. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with their appliances. Assist in processing orders, modifications, and returns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement. Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about new product launches and brand promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information. Qualifications Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances or premium goods sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
