At Legacy Vacation Resorts - andCo Hospitality, we're all about turning vacations into stories worth telling. Ever had a trip so good you considered staying forever? We get that a lot. And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

• Playing clean-up crew MVP—delivering linens, towels, and all the goodies that keep rooms fresh and fabulous
• Making the resort shine (literally): think windows, doors, building exteriors, and the great outdoors
• Power-washing like a pro and helping us bounce back from wild weather when needed
• Taking out the trash (and recyclables, and boxes, and… you get the idea)
• Ensuring common areas like hallways and stairwells are guest-ready and clutter-free
• Stocking up suites with supplies faster than guests can say “check-in”
• Moving furniture and appliances like a gentle giant—no scratches, no stress
• Zipping around safely in golf carts (bonus points if you name yours)
• Keeping our storage closets looking like an organizing show dream
• Assisting with deliveries, lost & found, and odd jobs with a can-do attitude
• Reporting anything that seems off—it’s cool to care
• Tag-teaming with the rest of housekeeping to get rooms turned over without missing a beat

• You're reliable, responsible, and ready to roll (on time and in good spirits)
• You adapt like a chameleon—new tasks? Sudden changes? Bring it on
• You’ve got communication down—whether it’s giving the 411 or picking up what others are putting down
• You treat everyone like they matter, because they do. Inclusion is more than a buzzword for you
• You think on your feet and solve problems without a fuss
• You’re safety-savvy and stay cool under pressure
• You manage your time like a boss—even when the to-do list is a mile long
• You’re all about that detail—clean corners, stocked closets, smooth service
• Previous experience? Great. No experience? We’ll show you the ropes
• Flexible schedule? Yes, please. You’re ready when the resort needs you
• High school diploma or GED preferred—but your drive, energy, and work ethic speak volumes
