Human Resources Admin Support (Part-Time)

Location: Sacramento, CA
Company: American River Healthcare
Status: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week) with potential to move to Full-Time

Our People & Culture department is expanding, and we’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused individual to join us as a Human Resources Admin Support .

About the Role:

The Human Resources Admin Support plays an important role in keeping our team connected, supported, and organized. You’ll partner closely with our HR department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with onboarding and employee engagement, and help maintain compliance and organization across all divisions.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as our organization continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling, data entry, and filing.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding : prepare paperwork, welcome packets, and help new employees feel at home.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR documentation .

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with applicants.

  • Help organize employee engagement and appreciation activities aligned with our RIDE values.

  • Track compliance items such as licenses, training, and documentation.

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and route requests appropriately.

  • Contribute to People & Culture projects that promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Prior HR or administrative experience a plus.
