Position: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Suwanee, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, records, and documentation.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team across all HR functions.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison with external benefits vendors (health, disability, retirement).
• Support the administration of HR systems and ensure timely, accurate data entry.
• Assist in the implementation and use of Workday and other HRIS systems.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team during hiring processes.
• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of HR administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and payroll processes.
• Prior Workday Experience is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HR compliance standards and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-service mindset.
• HRIS experience with system implementation, preferably Workday, is a strong plus.
