MaxHealth is looking for an Human Resources Assistant to join a fast paced and dynamic team. The Human Resources Assistant will provider support and coverage for all members of the HR team. Duties will include working with Talent acquisition and payroll teams as well as other administrative responsibilities.

Candidates must present professionally and be self directed.

Pay range starts at $20.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities:

• Edit and audit payroll timesheets.
• Use Applicant Tracking Tool to post listings & source candidates.
• Assist with benefit implementations and Open enrollment
• Assist to reconcile monthly billing statements against payroll deductions.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation process
• May support and perform other HR duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with payroll and Application tracking systems preferred including the ability troubleshoot and solve user issues
• Self-directed, mature & reliable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in all communications.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
