Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Role Overview The General Manager is a polished, well-spoken ambassador responsible for all aspects of hotel operations. This includes providing support, supervision, and guidance to the management team and front-line associates, ensuring financial performance, maintaining high-quality service, and complying with all regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include leading operational initiatives such as sales planning, budgeting, and property improvements, maximizing revenue, controlling expenses, and maintaining effective communication with guests, clients, associates, ownership, and vendors. Qualifications and Requirements Directs the work of at least 2 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primarily performs administrative, executive, or professional tasks over 50% of the time. Uses discretion and independent judgment more than 50% of the time.
