Position Summary:

The Integration Analyst II plays a key role in supporting the business goals and technical initiatives of the Technical Integration Team and the Information Services Organization . Working under moderate supervision, this role involves translating customer requirements into messaging specifications for application integration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare messaging standards, data formats, and integration tools, along with the ability to perform gap analysis and communicate findings in clear business terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the analysis, design, development, and delivery of technical integration solutions.
• Partner with project teams on customer-specific initiatives involving message movement, translation, and integration development .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to message transformations and data flows .
• Analyze customer messaging specifications and provide detailed gap analysis documentation .
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference, training, and support .
• Communicate with customers and vendors to clarify messaging format requirements .
• Develop and maintain translation plans and oversee migration across development environments.
• Provide support for integration testing as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in integration or interface analysis.
• Prior hands-on experience in environments using Diplomat, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, or IBM Integration Bus .
• Strong understanding of EPIC Bridges .
• Knowledge of clinical and financial healthcare messaging standards.
• Familiarity with multiple data formats, including HL7, EDI, CSV, and XML .
