We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer II to join our team. This role requires a minimum of six years of professional interior design experience, with at least two years in healthcare design. A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design is required, and professional licensing is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural concepts and designs for interior projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards. Lead the planning and design phases of healthcare-focused projects, from conceptualization through execution. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and translating client needs into actionable design strategies. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design professionals to deliver cohesive project outcomes. Oversee documentation, quality control, and regulatory compliance for all project phases. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution. Minimum of 6 years of professional interior design experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare design. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. NCIDQ certification or other relevant licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
