WCS Healthcare is partnering with a well-established Ambulatory Surgery Center in Mercerville, NJ, to hire an experienced Surgery Center Administrator. This is a key leadership opportunity for a dynamic and highly organized healthcare professional to oversee the operational, administrative, and clinical functions of a busy outpatient surgical facility.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 6:30am-3:30pm.
\n

• Lead all operational aspects of the surgery center, including clinical, administrative, and financial management.

  \n
\n

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.

  \n
\n

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and cost-control initiatives to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.

  \n
\n

• Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, administrative, and technical staff.

  \n
\n

• Manage EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks) to ensure accurate, confidential, and efficient documentation.

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Proven experience in healthcare administration or surgical center management (minimum 3–5 years preferred).

  \n
\n

• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, reporting, and revenue cycle management.

  \n
\n

• In-depth knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks, etc.) and practice management software.

  \n
\n

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and healthcare operations.

  \n
\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  \n
\n
