About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Business Development to lead and drive M&A engagements. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a business degree, with an MBA being strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in M&A and/or investment banking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dealership-driven sectors and possess strong financial modeling, negotiation, and communication skills.
