Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Medical / Dental Industry)

We partner with medical and dental practices to help them access Research & Development (R&D) tax credits they often don’t realize they’re eligible for. As we continue to expand nationally, we’re seeking a Marketing & Social Media Specialist with prior experience in the healthcare or dental space who can elevate our digital presence and establish us as a trusted industry authority.

This position is ideal for a strategic content creator and relationship builder who understands how to speak to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for growing our brand presence across social media, developing thought leadership content, and building partnerships with key voices in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Create high-quality content including posts, articles, emails, and blogs tailored to medical and dental professionals
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, associations, and industry partners
• Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for reach and conversion
• Support the overall brand voice and messaging across all digital channels
• Bonus: Assist with website updates, landing pages, or design improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing to medical or dental practices (required)
• Demonstrated success in growing and managing social media accounts
• Strong copywriting and content development skills
• Experience with outreach or partnership building , particularly with influencers or affiliates
• Familiarity with analytics tools, SEO best practices, and scheduling platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or basic website design
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
• Background in financial services, consulting, or B2B healthcare is a plus
