Job Title: Microsoft Practice Director – Application Development & Modernization (ADM)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Practice Director to lead our Application Development & Modernization (ADM) practice. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, delivery excellence, and innovation across Microsoft technologies, including Azure, .NET, Power Platform, and AI-integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Microsoft ADM practice strategy, solution architecture, and delivery governance.
Build and scale modernization offerings across Azure-native and hybrid cloud environments.
Partner with sales to drive account growth, pre-sales solutioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
Foster cross-practice collaboration with Cloud, Data, and AI teams.
Mentor delivery leaders and ensure best-in-class execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
15+ years in IT services with 7+ years in Microsoft ADM leadership.
Strong expertise in Azure App Services, .NET Core, DevOps, Power Platform, and modernization frameworks.
Proven experience leading delivery portfolios exceeding $10M+.
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field; Azure certification preferred.
