*Pediatrician (MD) – Outpatient Only | San Antonio, TX | Up to $270K + Bonus*

* *Up to $270K base salary* plus productivity and quality bonuses (typically $30K–$35K)
* *Outpatient only* — no inpatient or hospital rounds
* Light call — just 2 weeks per year, mostly for abnormal lab results
* Built-in support — 1 pediatric-experienced PNP or FNP for every 2 physicians
* Rare weekend shifts — one Saturday morning every 3–4 months
* Extended hours flexibility — rotate through one of five clinics open until 6–7 PM with a late start or a 4-day workweek

*What You’ll Do:*
* Deliver primary pediatric care, including well checks, immunizations, physicals, and behavioral health screening
* Collaborate with pediatric-trained NPs and support staff to deliver high-quality, efficient care
* Champion preventive health and encourage immunization compliance
* Rotate into extended-hour clinics approximately once a week, with a flex schedule
* Participate in limited call (2 weeks/year) — Monday 5 PM to Sunday 7:59 AM

*What You’ll Need:*
* MD with an active or eligible Texas license
* Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to better serve the local population
* Comfortable with pediatric preventive care and community health initiatives
