That's why we limit our physicians' patient panels focusing on quality over quantity seeing 12 to 15 patients daily (650 panel) with a Care Team that includes Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacist, Social Workers, Behavioral Health Specialist, Registered Nurses, Care Coaches, Certified Medical Assistants, Referral Specialists, Certified Coders, and experienced Administrative staff. Because of our Care Team approach, our patients have come to trust us to meet all their health needs.
