Location: Miami, Florida (On‑Site) Employment Type: Full‑Time, Exempt Role Summary Hola Ink is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of large‑format print production within our Miami facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, and deep operational knowledge of modern print technology. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient production, color accuracy, safety, and quality across multiple printing platforms and substrates. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily large‑format printing operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client quality standards. Manage and optimize workflows for HP Latex, Mimaki, flatbed, laser, sublimation, and routing equipment . Supervise production staff and collaborate closely with design, prepress, finishing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain and calibrate color profiles, ensuring accurate color matching across materials and machines. Monitor material inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to minimize production downtime. Enforce company safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. Review and approve proofs, oversee quality control inspections, and ensure proper documentation of production standards. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance production speed, reduce waste, and control costs. Develop, train, and mentor production staff to promote skill development and operational excellence. Communicate regularly with management regarding production capacity, project timelines, and equipment maintenance needs. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in large‑format print production or related field. Proven expertise operating and managing equipment such as HP Latex, Mimaki, UV flatbed, laser cutters, dye‑sublimation printers, routers, and laminators . Strong understanding of color management systems, ICC profiling, RIP software (e.g., Onyx, Caldera), and prepress workflows . Experience in production scheduling, workflow optimization, and inventory management . Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and general production compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Miami, FL.
