Sales Operations / Data Analyst Consultant

Contract (with potential FTE conversion in 2026)

Prefer hybrid in Atlanta but open to remote in CST or EST time zones

Are you the kind of person who sees messy CRM data and immediately starts daydreaming about bulk updates, slick imports, and flawless reports? Good—because we need you.

We’re looking for a Sales Operations / Data Analyst Consultant to help us not only maintain our Salesforce data, but also make it better . We want someone who loves both the routine and the “there has to be a smarter way to do this” moments.

A day in the life:

• Merging accounts and contacts in Salesforce without breaking a sweat
• Running and refining reports so our teams actually want to read them
• Updating opportunity ownership and fields as needed (sometimes in bulk)
• Managing book of business changes (and helping us figure out how to not do them one by one)
• Reviewing lost opportunities to capture valuable insights
• Handling other data updates with care, precision, and an eye for improvement

What we’re really looking for:

• Someone who lives in Salesforce (and might even enjoy it)
• A process improver who asks “why are we doing it this way?” and offers better solutions
• Detail-oriented, but not stuck in the weeds—you see the bigger picture
• Comfortable collaborating, but also happy to run with tasks solo
