Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) training capabilities. Assist with training development functions and analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self-development domains. Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts. Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build critical training materials for advanced learners motivated to grow their skills. You Have: 1+ years afloat as a Cryptologic Technician (Collection) (CTR) 1+ years as a curriculum developer Experience creating performance-based technical training, including practical applications and assessments to measure trainee performance and knowledge retention. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content. Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in task-based curriculum development. Knowledge of learning tools, modalities, and measurement methods to evaluate training effectiveness. Ability to select appropriate teaching methods for the course audience. Strong interpersonal communication skills with civilian and military personnel, including verbal briefings, presentations, listening techniques, and developing technical reports. TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Clearance: Applicants will be subject to security investigation; TS/SCI clearance is required.
