\n What’s a typical day as an Order Processing Specialist? You’ll be:
\nMonitoring and responding to comments across the company's social media pages FB, IG, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. via our Sprout social tool Identifying logging Inquiries, Adverse Events Product Quality Complaints using Sprout and Salesforce.com Responding to consumer emails

\n Position Requirements:

\n\t
• Have a  High School Diploma (required); however college experience is preferred.\n\t
• Minimum of 5 years in customer service role\n\t
• Experience in  Pharmaceuticals/healthcare\n\t
• Medical Terminology knowledge\n\t
• Are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.\n\t
• Available to work on the weekends\n\t
• Previous experience monitoring social media for a large company
