This firm is a top global hedge fund and is known as one of the oldest hedge funds under continuous management having achieved a long-performance record of consistent returns and have $70b in AUM.
You'll be working in a client facing role to support the firms middle office stakeholders and provide tremendous value to individuals in the treasury and operations department. Your involvement will be crucial in developing solutions that facilitate seamless management of their trading lifecycle and after trade execution. It's a unique role in the sense that you'll work directly with the stakeholders to understand what their problems or needs are, and then actually go and build them solutions.
You'll leverage a full stack of technologies to implement innovative solutions in C# and .Net and rely heavily on various SQL language dialects and principles of relational design. You'll need to have some finance knowledge as this role is supporting one of the elite hedge funds, assisting stakeholders in their middle office department.
This is an initial 12 month contract engagement that's up for renewal each year. You'll have to be able to work hybrid at least 3x per week in Midtown Manhattan.
