About This Role Our New York City office is looking for an Analyst to join the Morgan Stanley Sports Coverage Strategy Team. The successful candidate will work directly for the Head of Sports Coverage Strategy on a wide range of transactions, events, and opportunities. They will work closely with professionals across the firm to deliver high‑quality advice to clients and internal partners. This role encourages thinking beyond numbers and creatively solving problems. The team is positioned at the firm level and works with all divisions—including Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Fixed Income Division, and Asset Management—to coordinate sports activities. Responsibilities Assist with the identification and cataloguing of key sports relationships across the firm. Draft meeting materials and presentations on behalf of the team. Organize call notes, follow‑up discussions, and relevant metrics. Support financial management and enablement of business initiatives, coordinating with other groups. Prepare management updates and commentary. Qualifications High motivation, focus on work quality, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and decision‑making abilities. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience in the sports industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, quantitative, adaptive, self‑starter, team player, multitasker, and results‑oriented. Interest in sports ecosystem and learning about sports investing, financing, sponsoring, ownership, etc. 1+ years of experience.
