Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating and finalizing FISMA Assessment Results Reporting, updating and maintaining critical security assessment program documents and publications, developing executive reports and presentations.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of technical writing experience
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Must have Sec+ certification, CISSP/CISA (or equivalent)
• Must be able to explain complex or technical concepts clearly and concisely and write in different styles to target an intended audience.
• Be able to conduct quality assurance reviews on security assessment results for accuracy and validity, proofread their own documents, and have a thorough understanding of grammar, spelling and punctuation, editing, and be able to analyze for style and tone.
• Proficient in all word processing software and documentation tools, and have excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 publication and the assessment process. Experience authoring system security documentation, and with authoring cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Additional requirement:

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain an IRS clearance
