Position Title : Agency Client Engagement Specialist

Background

As our Agency Client Engagement Specialist, you will provide critical assistance to the entire Agency team in supporting key processes of our office operations. To excel in this insurance agency role, you will need to be energetic, motivated, and ready to let us grow in this industry and obtain additional tools to succeed!

Responsibilities

• Handle and direct client inbound telephone calls
• Process new client intake forms following office protocols
• Print daily task reports and distribute to all team members
• Assist with preparation of Acord and new submission forms
• Prepare and distribute Evidence of Insurance document requests
• Establish client relationships and follow-up with clients in a timely manner, so as to provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
• Cross-sell insurance policies to existing clients, who have other insurance needs.
• Sell insurance policies to prospective clients who are not currently insurance through our Agency.
• Ensure that all quotes, procedures, and practices are complaint with Farmers Insurance and the CA Department of Insurance.
• Work independently and with mentoring/coaching.
• Multi-task, organized and driven to meet deadlines.
