About the Role
As a Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking members, helping them navigate their healthcare benefits, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience. You'll use the latest technology to assist members efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach.

What You'll Do
✅ Answer a high volume of inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service.
✅ Assist members with benefit questions, ID cards, eligibility, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
✅ Perform data entry and update patient profiles/demographics.
✅ Ensure compliance and accuracy by documenting interactions using dual screens and modern systems.

Schedule & Training
Start Date: April 14
Training: 12 weeks | Monday-Friday | Schedule may fluctuate between 8 AM - 4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM - 8 PM MST.
⏰ Post-Training Schedule: Must be available to work weekends. Shifts vary between 7 AM - 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday), with two days off during the week.

What We're Looking For
6+ months of call center experience (or 2+ years of customer service experience).
Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual assessment required).
Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
