Our client, a leader in the clinical research industry, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - B to join their team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be part of the clinical team supporting various studies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - B Location: Lake Forest, IL (REMOTE - Travel required 30- 40%) Pay Range: $33/hr on w2 What's the Job? Conduct Phase I-IV single or multi-center studies according to Federal Regulations and ICH guidelines. Assist senior staff in planning study conduct, including designing case report forms (CRFs) and managing Contract Research Organizations (CROs). Evaluate, select, and train investigator sites while planning and running study meetings. Monitor investigational sites to ensure protocol adherence and timely enrollment of patients. Process CRFs, including data cleanup and classification of data, and complete study summaries. What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in clinical monitoring of devices for regulatory submission. Good working knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Experience with In Vitro Diagnostic Devices (IVDs) is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a scientific area; Medical Technologist or Laboratory Science degree is preferred. Experience with start-up tasks, including protocol development and site contracts.
