Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Project Manager to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, Excel (including Pivot Tables), and database management. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and some college coursework or equivalent experience. They will train this candidate on everything but would like someone who is going to pick up fast and can grow into the current Project Manager role.

salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee data entry projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Utilize Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation, to analyze and organize data.
• Maintain and update databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to track project progress.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data and reports.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance data management.
• Generate reports and provide insights based on collected data.
