About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources for the Americas region. This pivotal role involves leading all HR functions, including employee relations, learning and development, and people operations, to support the company's growth and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, total rewards, compliance, and professional development across the United States, Canada, and LATAM. They will also be tasked with building and managing a high-performing HR team, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies, and partnering with senior leadership to ensure organizational effectiveness and a culture of high performance. Applicants for the Head of HR role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment. The role demands a leader with the ability to collaborate with the C-suite, a solid understanding of employment laws in the US and Canada, and a deep knowledge of HR processes such as workforce planning, talent management, and change management. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, and be adept at problem-solving and organizational management.
