As a growing hospitality company, we are looking for an experienced Housemen. This position needs to be passionate about the job and willing to work hard and understand the concept of all hands-on deck type of atmosphere. The ideal candidate must be a team player that is willing to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct beginning of-shift inspections of all public areas
• Cleaning all public areas, including restrooms, telephones, windows, entranceways, hallways, conference rooms, and outdoor areas, as assigned
• Using chemicals, cleaners, and cleaning equipment properly
• Stocking and maintaining housekeeping cart and linen storage room
• Documenting maintenance issues
• Additional housekeeping duties as assigned
• Follow Choice Hotel safe work habits and standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Hotel/Hospitality Experience Preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirement:
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, or crouching. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
